Policies:
Payment & Tuition Fee Schedule~
The registration fee and first months tuition is due upon registration of student. Monthly payments are due no later than the 5th of every month. All accounts will be considered past due by the 10th and will acquire a $15.00 late fee.
Return Check Fee~
A $25.00 return check fee will be added to account for any returned checks.
Withdrawal~
A 30 day written notice will need to be given before the withdrawal occurs.
Attendance~
Should a student miss a class for any reason, they need to contact the office. Please leave a voicemail if no one is able to take your call.
Classes can be made up in a lower level up to two weeks after the missed class. Please see the front desk to schedule this make-up.
No credit adjustments will be made for missed classes.
Excessive tardiness or absences may force a student to be placed in a lower level, repeat a level, or have limited participation in performances.
Heaven's Footprints will follow the Wilson County School system for inclement weather closings. If you are in doubt, please see the studio website or call the studio for information.
Class etiquette~
Students must devote their consentration to their training while in class. A professional behavior is expected of all students. No chewing gum or eating is permitted during class. A water botttle is permitted but may only be used during water breaks.
Dress Code~
Each class has a specfic dress code. The dress code has been put in place for the following reasons: It is a part of tradional and professional etiquettte. It builds self esteem and class unity. It is easier for the instructor to see placement and make correction if needed.
Recitals/Performances~
If for any reason a student cannot perform, the parent must notify the teacher and the front desk as this will affect choreograpghy and costuming. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE CURRENT IN ORDER FOR CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN RECITAL.
Costumes~
No refund will be given on spring recital costumes after Dec. 1st. No exceptions!

2 classes~ $ 70.00
3 classes~ $95.00
4 classes~ $ 120.00
Unlimited~ $150.00
Family Discounts:
Families totaling 4-5 classes~ $15.00 off
6-8 classes~ $20.00 off
9-12 classes~ $25.00 off
Recital & Costume Fees:
$55.00 per class costume fee (1/2 due Oct.1, last 1/2 due Dec.1)
Recital fee is $20.00 per family
